  • Bird Watching: We can arrange a guided tour to Latpanchar - a bird watcher's paradise i.e. is 2 hrs drive from our place.
  • Salamander Lake: The Himalayan Salamander is a rare species found only in Darjeeling and Manipur in India. The Salamander lake is located at a walk able distance of just 4 km from our place. A cab ride will take just 20 mins through a beautiful winding road down the Margaret's Hope tea garden.
  • Bamboo Weaving: We have been on an adventure of exploring the lost art of building (read: handcrafting) natural dwellings in our small forest. We are working with bamboo and mud in trying to build dwellings that have aesthetic appeal and functional value. We love weaving with bamboo and we keep experimenting with different ways in which we can weave baskets that have a functional value. You can hop on to this fun ride by participating in our customized three hours experiential bamboo weaving class for Rs. 600/person.
