Activity Details

Rumtek Monastery, also known as the Dharma Chakra Centre, is one of the most significant monasteries in Sikkim and a major center for Tibetan Buddhism. Located about 24 kilometers from Gangtok, it was founded in the 16th century by the 9th Karmapa, Wangchuk Dorje.
