Our cancellation terms vary depending on the timing of your request prior to the tour departure date.
30 Days or More Before Departure:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will incur a fee of 15% of the total trip cost.
Within 29–20 Days Prior to Departure:
For cancellations made between 29 and 20 days before the departure date, 30% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Within 19–10 Days Prior to Departure:
Cancellations made between 19 and 10 days prior to departure will incur a fee of 50% of the total trip cost.
Within 10 Days Prior to Departure:
Cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date are non-refundable due to the advanced arrangements and expenses incurred.
In rare cases where Hidden Horizon Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, health or safety concerns, or other events beyond our control). In such cases, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients and will make every effort to provide suitable following options:

Requesting a Postponement:
If you need to postpone your tour, please notify us at least 20 days prior to your scheduled departure date. You can contact us via email/call.
No Cancellation Charges:
For postponements requested 20 days or more before your departure date, you will incur no cancellation charges. Your advance payment can be utilized for new travel dates.
New Travel Dates:
After your postponement request, we will help you select new dates. If the new package costs more than your original booking, the additional cost will be applicable..
If you wish to modify your tour itinerary, such as adding activities or changing accommodations please inform us on priority. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Please note that changes may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the modification. We will inform you of any associated costs before finalizing the changes.
All refunds will be reviewed in line with our cancellation policies. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 30 business days, depending on your payment provider. Certain non-refundable expenses, such as booking fees or third-party costs, may not be eligible for refunds and will be communicated at the time of booking.
